We did some series of tests and noticed that it didn't need a large reactor. A breeding facility with
approx. 1000 l of seawater usually always had a No3 value of 30-50 mg / l. When using our small pellet
reactor with a good handful of Np-Bakto pellets, the No3 value fell to approx. 0.05 within a short time.

Our own test with approx. 1400 l sea water No3 80-100 mg / l (old rock and strong feeding) ... here too
the No3 value sank to approx. 15 mg / l within a short time.
For us it turns out ... it doesn't always have to be a "huge" reactor ... small but mighty.
Despite soaking the pellets, it can happen that up to a third of the pellets float on top. What then helps
is, for example. operate the pump for a while with a timer. e.g. switch it off for 15 minutes every
hour ... then the problem with the pellets floating above is usually resolved after a short time.

that's how it goes
